I am a very outgoing person , I love to be in the outdoors out in nature as much as possible. I have lived in Arizona for just over a year and I love Sedona SO MUCH. It's a magical and sacred place where I believe will continue to heal me as I need it.

I would love to learn more yoga, more about the sedona landscapes, crystals, hiking, spirituality, mindfulness, healing. Most of of knowledge is from personal life experiences and BOY have I had many! I have taken many hard roads but have gained much needed wisdom in hindsight. I would be happy to share my story and experiences, strength and hope!
