About Me

I love learning and discovering new things..
I have an open mind and heart..
I love being active, especially outside..
I never learned how to ride a bike with no hands..
I just bought a new slackline and would love someone to play on it with!

I'm not a big social media person, so please forgive me if I don't respond right away and if my profile is not fully complete!

I'm from Manitoba originally, but have been living in Calgary for the past couple of years. I'm leaving Alberta at the end of November, and will have a bit of a busy schedule, but am hoping to do a bit more hosting before I go!
-- The section about my place is not up to date- I moved & am now staying at a friends' condo in SW Calgary. It's tiny, but there is a private bedroom. Will update description soon, or msg if you have questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After hearing about this organization for years, I finally became a bit stable in one place with a couch, so became a host and then later started surfing as well, and I've had nothing but lovely experiences!
It brings me joy to meet new people, hear about their lives and share laughs and experiences together!

I also love the concept of sharing homes without profiting financially, we need more of these types of exchanges in the world!
