I'm a recent college grad currently living in SoCal with my boyfriend. In addition to my day job, I'm also a professional scuba diver!

I try to throw myself into things I wouldn't normally consider doing. Usually it ends up being a fun experience, but even the failures make for hilarious memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling this way is much more fun than staying in hotels. Meeting people makes the trips more memorable, and it's so easy to get along with other people who are passionate about traveling.

Scuba diving and speech and debate are my two big things. I've also been trying to get more into fitness lately, so if you have any recommendations for hiking/biking/swimming or new stuff like climbing, I'm down to try it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most kinds of music, but have a special fondness for dancing around my room to ridiculous pop songs.

I'm always into musicals. I also like indie movies and anything with Spanish or Spanglish.

I just read Tina Fey's book so I want to read Amy Poehler's next.

I know some basic swing dancing. If you're new to it I know enough to teach you, and if you're experienced I'd love to learn from you.

I'm decent at Spanish but would love to get better. I'd love to practice with you. I was fluent when I was a kid but forgot most of it. I hear my accent's good, though.
