CURRENT MISSION

We've been in Townsville 7 months now and are becoming at home. We have recently met a wonderfully gorgeous doggo that you'd be silly to not want to meet. Seriously, come over just for a pat.
We have moved to a new place close to the city so hopefully it's way better for your stay. And we've been loving checking out all the amazing surrounding areas and would love to swap advice on the stuff to check out. Currently Bec is still studying and working a little as a nurse. I'm working nights in a bar and doing some school teaching here and there too.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We are looking to meet new people, to enjoy ourselves, to find somewhere to stay and provide one, to learn a new place, to get involved in community, to grow our circle, to make friends and to change our perceptions.
Couchsurfing is a genuinely unique experience in which to travel and make great friends in the process. There is only things to gain by being involved. We are here for that.

Chilling out under a starry sky miles from anywhere. Drinking good beers and discovering their source. Riding bikes in cities or in the mud. The ocean (above and especially below). Catching a fish and letting it go. Cooking and eating. Watching a movie. Laughing loud. Staying up late. Walking to nowhere in particular. Patting dogs. Breakfast. Listening to people. Games. Watching/playing sports. Learning new stuff.

We can teach you to enjoy vegemite, the rules of cricket (might require a couple beers and a lot of patience), how to make a tasty beverage or just how to enjoy one.
Looking to learn Spanish, yoga and where our hosts favourite places to go are.

We can offer our hosts foods, conversation, a long friendship and walk with the dog. Happy to share a beer, a walk, a coffee, a hug, an opinion or whatever we have and you need!
