About Me

My goal is to travel the world offering Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement and Micro Yoga Zen wherever I go. I became a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2013, fifteen years after a near-fatal car accident that resulted in chronic pain.

I'm healthy once again and have great desire to share what's helped me regain lost functionality. The motivation stems partially from having seen first-hand the effects of a sedentary career on the relationships between parents and children.

I'm hopeful to show pertinent knowledge in understandable ways that lead to closer connections between family members through shared experience. Not only between generations, but also between siblings and spouses.

I can facilitate understanding musculoskeletal challenges, initiating chronic pain abatement, and fostering tactile learning opportunities like movement games or handling skills. From my experience and current journey, I'm writing my first book and online course.

If you're interested in having a movement coordinator and medical physicist address your needs daily whilst you're in your native environment, please connect. Touring Europe until early 2019.

Please see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olst9ONtewQ (6-minute documentary that won the Feldenkrais Guild(R) of North America's annual award for 2018) for more details.

In health and longevity,
Brent

Teach, Learn, Share

TEACH: Bodywork with refined medical physics that leads to pain reduction and functional improvement. Happy to cross-train. Does wonders for one's outlook on life when one's body is able to perform one's intention. Sign language (Auslan).

Share: Bodywork if you're interested in learning how to give. Recipes / cooking. I enjoy raw foods, but am not traveling with my equipment: sorbets from frozen bananas and berries, green smoothies. Fluent in several raw recipes. I like to cook, happy to learn. Doing dishes is a meditation. Great for ambidexterity. I invented a stool I travel with, happy to share use of that. I can make one if you want your own.

Learn: How to make an online class [on bodywork]. More sign language is a great plus.
