I moved to the Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti area in 2014 from south Louisiana to start work on my doctorate. That means that I have a pretty busy and erratic schedule during the week, but on the weekends I like to get out of the house and explore. I spend a lot of my spare time dining out in the area, cooking at home, or playing board games with friends.

My house is about a 10 minute drive from Ann Arbor and 15 from the Detroit Airport.

Music has an important role in my life. My wife is a trained vocalist and I play bass. I loooove good food, and often find myself trying new restaurants or cooking family recipes. Depending on the night you might be able to join in with us.

I'm also a sucker for good whiskey and video games. Sometimes together if I'm feeling saucy.

I realize that many people looking to stay in the area will want to do things in Ann Arbor. I am only a few minutes drive away and can help provide rides into the city if needed and if my schedule allows. Depending on the timing I might also be able to show people around to the area.

I'm also near Eastern Michigan University and can provide transportation to campus as well.
