I am an exchange student from the U.S. studying Civil Engineering at the University of Queensland for one semester. I don't have much experience traveling before this, but am looking to hopefully experience a lot of what Australia has to offer.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I would like to meet new people and make new connections around the world while I am traveling. I am planning a weekend trip to Sydney from October 1st. I would like to stay with a local and hopefully be able to see the sights and get out in nature a bit too.

Intereses

I love nature. Doing anything just to be outside: Hiking, walking, swimming, the beach, sports, stargazing, observing wildlife. I am somewhat new to photography but I have a nice camera and love to take pictures. I like hanging around in the city as well. I am also a huge fan of watching sports, and listening to live music.

Música, películas y libros

I don't have a specific kind of music, pretty much anything that's on the radio. I love sports books, Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit are my all time favorites.
