Overview
About Me
I'm a young Canadian who loves travel, music and outdoor adventure. I'm very easygoing and always open to meeting new people and learning everything I can. Someday I hope to make a living out of building stringed instruments but for now I'm travelling the world and just enjoying life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've spent the last five years travelling and occasionally working to save money for more travel, and in that time I've learned that the best experiences are those that involve meeting new people, exchanging cultural knowledge, telling good stories and sharing openly together. I hope to have more of these experiences and to host other travellers to pass on the kindness I've received.
Interests
All kinds of travel, banjo-pickin', lutherie, long-distance hiking, sailing, good music and good books.

Music, Movies, and Books
Folk, Bluegrass, jazz, classical, any movie that's not a slasher (I'm a sensitive soul), and old classics like Moby Dick and Walden.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last year I spent almost a month walking the Camino de Santiago. I walked about 800 kilometres and I've never been happier or met more interesting and wonderful people. Finally arriving in Santiago was intense, tearful, joyful and beautiful. I'll never forget the experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good stories, good conversation, help with English, a hand around the house and maybe a tune or two on the banjo if there's one around.
