COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a couple of friends who have couch surfed throughout Europe, and have nothing but great things to say about it. I figured I might as well hop on the bandwagon!

I cycle toured the West Coast of the USA in April 2013. I pedaled for 1100km, seeing all the little towns from Portland-San Fran. It was an amazing three weeks of camping and cycling.

Couch surfing provides travelers with a means to submerging themselves into a foreign/mew culture. This is beneficial to both the surfer and the host, as it provides an opportunity to learn about each other's society and history.
