I live in the Great NW of the US, Portland, Oregon to be exact. I'm a medical professional who loves all things music and film related. I'm also keen on NBA basketball, old ragtime jazz, and playing guitar.

i hope to achieve a certain contentment in life usually reserved for occasions such as; eating ice cream, laughing until tears fall from your face, and swimming in the ocean.

Movies watched recently - a face in the crowd, la strada, nights of caberia, something wild, blast of silence, ace in the hole, hard eight, the last picture show, i'm not scared, E.T., the vanishing, chinatown, and the red shoes.

Books read recently - Pinball, Fat City, tons of books on echocardiography and vascular pathology and anatomy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2004 I participated in the International Jewish College Corps, working alongside villagers to construct a watersystem in rural Honduras.
