I am married to an amazing, wonderful, intelligent and intriguing British woman named Kate. Together, our family is my dog and her two kids.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very passionate person; cave exploration, ice & rock climbing (in that order), cycling, curing the world of multiple sclerosis, & giving others the tools necessary to create more time and energy in their lives!

I'm very open, upfront, and can tell stories for hours. I love the outdoors, Valentine (my dog), and the underground... a dreamer and goal driven, and love helping others accomplish their own goals... not afraid of taking chances, and am often found to be singing in my car or public... and I can't get enough of good live music.
