I love stripping away all the distractions and appreciating the beauty, simplicity, and unpredictable nature of LIFE!

Believe it or not, one of my favorite quotes is from the movie Titanic:

"I've got everything I need right here with me. I've got air in my lungs and a few blank sheets of paper. I mean I love waking up in the morning not knowing what's gonna happen or who I'm gonna meet; where I'm gonna wind up. Just the other night I was sleeping under a bridge and now here I am on the grandest ship in the world having champagne with you fine people."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed with a couple of hosts in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have met some of the most genuinely kind people.

I haven't had the pleasure of hosting yet, but I've enjoyed some awesome times with Couchsurfers I met through my brother, Mark and my cousin, Jeff.

It's amazing how quickly people you meet through Couchsurfing become your friends for life!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

One of the most memorable moments in my life happened literally in the middle of nowhere. We were staying at a Ger camp outside of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It's the furthest I've ever been from any modern civilization. At night, I walked with a group of people into the wilderness until we were in complete darkness. Then I looked up and saw the most stars I've ever seen in my life. The sky was literally a blanket of lights, bright enough to light up the silhouettes of the rocks and mountains surrounding us. Standing there in complete silence was one of the most peaceful moments of my life, and I'll never forget it!
