I'm on a mission to experience (nearly) everything this peninsula has to offer. I'm looking for other travelers to explore, party, and converrse with.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small town in eastern Washington state. After completing my Bachelor's Degree at Western Washington University, I took a big leap and came here to South Korea to teach English full time at a private school in Suwon.
This is the first time I have been overseas, and I am a pretty damn overwhelmed. I haven't met many friends here yet, but I'm trying to change that.
I like talking, learning, drinking, and meeting new people who are traveling as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that the more I do, the better idea I have of who I am. I'm not one for ideologies, and I'm always open to hear about new ways of thinking. I feel like the greatest quest one can endeavour is to attempt discovering who they are and be open to constant change.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't moved into a permanent apartment yet, but once I do, I'm happy to host couch surfers at any time. Other than that, I would love to meet up with anyone who wants to show me around, or anyone who wants to explore right along with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm completely new to this. Like I said, I've never really traveled before, but I'm hoping to change that while I'm experiencing the biggest step of my life.

I enjoy books,movies, art, philosophy, hiking, exploring cities, and being torn out of my comfort zone. I desire to try new things and meet new people from all walks of life. I learning about history, especially African-American, labor history, and anything related to underclasses.
