About Me
CURRENT MISSION
As Mao once said: “Battling with heaven is endless joy! Fighting with the earth is endless joy! And struggling with humanity is endless joy!”
ABOUT ME
I am a 27 year old male who works in a hotel and does social justice work on the side. I live alone in a historical neighborhood close to downtown Baltimore. I work alot and at random hours so i'm not that available, but I want to share my space, host nice travellers and meet people from other parts of the world. I am new to the area and am not the best ambassador to the city but i would love to host you, give you a space to stay and offer suggestions of some things to see while you are in town.
PHILOSOPHY
"If your not living on the edge then your taking up too much room....pass the mountain dew!" or "From each; what they can. To each; what they deserve."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to meet people from around the world and help people travel, connect with their surroundings and places they visit outside of a "tourism" paradigm and do so as affordable as possible. Some of my best experiences traveling were meeting people randomly at a grocery store in the middle of nowhere and staying with them at their homes and talking all night. I think these types of interactions are essential for travel and would like to support a network, like CS.com, that wishes to build a community of such.
