I'm currently a student at American University studying International Public Relations. I love being in DC, it a fun city and big change from rural Maine (where I'm from). I grew up in a small town in western Maine surrounded by mountains and lakes. I love the outdoors because of this and am always up for a hike. Living in DC has given me an appreciation for city life and I look forward to seeing more places around the world!

Music: I like a lot of mainstream American music (Kanye, Beyonce, Kendric Lamar) but also have a soft spot for what I think of as my parent's music (Jimmy Buffet, Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Survivors).
Movies: Comedies all the way! My favorites include Pineapple Express, Shrek, and Deadpool.
Books: Goldfinch, The Elegance of the Hedgehog

I studied abroad outside of Copenhagen when I was 15 and that really opened my eyes up to how one will find good people everywhere you go.
