About Me
Welcome to my profile, I am excited to potentially hear from you!!
I am primarily hosting women since I live alone. I am happy to hang out with anyone :-)
I am a spiritual person with the philosophy that the greatest gift I can give myself (and those around me) is to be present in each and every moment.
I am passionate about theatre as I grew up acting and working on shows. I no longer act but I am still devoted to supporting and enjoying the arts. I enjoy volunteering in my community, I find it to be such a freeing experience and a way to give my gratitude towards the city that keeps me afloat. Some of my hobbies include painting, doodling, biking, walking, jogging, being outside and being active, seeing theatre shows or going to the orchestra, and yoga.
I do not drink so bars and/or nightclubs are not a place I would enjoy going. I do enjoy jazz clubs so we could go to those :)
For the last 5 years, I have worked as an Immunology researcher in pharmaceutical and academic environments. Just recently, I began working as a Project Coordinator in the Genetic Counseling department at the University of Pennsylvania. I work hybrid in this position.
I have lived in Philadelphia for three years now and have been able to see how much there is to do here. Showing others around Philly helps me to appreciate it so it would be my honor to show you around the historic landmarks or go to a museum or two together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy building new connections and relationships with people who come from different places, cultures, and experiences. As humans, we are built to be in community driven environments and I believe that even with traveling, it’s important to have community and shared experiences with locals. I’d like to not only meet people in their travels but give them a safe and comfortable place to call home for the time they are here.
