Présentation
À propos de moi
I’ve been on the road now for almost 4 years. I was in Southeast Asia teaching and traveling after college, and stumbled upon permaculture, the love of my life. I lived on a farm in Indonesia for a good part of the year, and then haven’t stopped traveling the world visiting and working at different perma farms and communities, gathering and sharing information along the way. Next year I plan to move back to Indonesia to form my own permaculture eco community!!
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
All this traveling plus my stubbornness to work in an office or cater to a system I have realized I don’t want to support has led me to being a cheap backpacker :) I like to do things as resourcefuly and creatively and adventurously as possible (ie. hitchhiking, dumpster diving, workawaying and couchsurfing)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Visited and was invited to stay at a remote hill tribe village in northern Thailand, where they harvest honey that, every 4 years, is green from a certain blossom that blooms so rarely. This honey is so precious that the Prince of Japan visits personally every 4 years to eat the honey! It was my first exposure to a completely egalitarian, indigenous community.
