I'm a 33 year old female from New Zealand. I've decided to spread my wings and travel overseas for the first time! It's been an experience so far, but am in it for the long haul, especially as there's so much to see and do in Europe :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been lucky enough to find a part time job despite my hard work to find full time work. However this part time job isn't going to help me pay for my accommodation. So I'm hoping there is a kind soul out there who will let me use their couch for a short time, and I will return the favour by helping around the house, maybe doing some baking and/or cooking, helping buy food when needed and just general interaction whether it be at home or checking out some live music, or learning about different cultures etc.
Bare in mind it would only be for a week or two, no longer as it's very easy to overstay your welcome!!!!

Interests

I love listening to live music, whether it be at a pub or a park or some alternative type venue. I like doing yoga, hip hop dance classes and aerial silk classes.
I'm also enjoying getting to know a group of people since moving to London, and exploring various aspects of this huge beautiful city!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide range of music, everything from jazz to hip hop and everything in between!
My fave movie is Face off with Nicholas Cage and John Travolta. I'm a big fan of comedy and thriller/horror movies.
Haven't been reading much as I've been busy with everything else in my life while travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the age of 33 I up and left the only country I've ever known to move across the other side of the world by myself and start a new life in another country!
