Hello everyone! I am french, I am 19. I am going to Australia on december. So I would like to meet some people from there

***About the negative reference***
I asked a guy if he could host me. I never sounded rude or mean. I have a nice behaviour.
He refused my request and claimed it would be difficult for me to find a host at this period. I responded that this answer started to make me worried.
He didn't say anything else, and he gave me a negative reference.
I don't understand why he judged me as if i was a bad person!
I wanted to discuss but he sounded racist and fucked up. He even said he was going to denounce me to the police.
I hope it's not going to make you think i am. You can still have a conversation with me and you'll see I am not!!! What a story!
