ABOUT ME

I'm a college student in Boston, trying to travel as much as I can during my breaks. I'm generally a happy, smiling person, with a very easygoing outlook on life. I love meeting new people, seeing new places, and trying new kinds of food. I'm a fan of all seasons and types of weather, but for some reason, thunderstorms make me really happy. Some of my favorite things to do are go to the beach, play piano, run, sing with other people, and spend time with friends. I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, but I currently don't have plans to move back there -- too much asphalt and shopping malls.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't see the point in worrying or stressing over most things, because it's such a waste of energy. I just trust that everything will work out, even if it's in a different way than I originally expected.
Prioritize people over personal ambition, because I value my friends that much.
Don't take yourself too seriously -- the ability to laugh at yourself is an invaluable skill.

I'm looking to surf. Unfortunately, I won't be able to host for the next few years, since I live in a tiny college dorm room.

兴趣

I love hiking, running, camping, kayaking, dancing... pretty much anything outdoors and/or exercise-related. I'm always up for trying new things.
I like to give people fair warning that my life is a musical -- I am constantly singing or listening to music. I will, however, make an attempt to be quiet if people ask me.
Airplanes, space, rockets, etc. -- I'm currently studying aerospace engineering at MIT, and I quite enjoy it.
