Overview
About Me
Born in Seattle and I love it here. I am a psychotherapist, teacher, and co-owner of a group mental health clinic. I try to get into the mountains for skiing at least once per week. Looking for more adventures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I went to a Couchsurfing meetup in Chiangmai and the group was incredibly welcoming. We celebrated New Year's Eve together and that night I will never forget because of how much fun I had and how interested I was in learning about each person there. I knew then that I want to be part of this community.

Teach, Learn, Share
For work I teach people how to deal with differences by connecting in relationships rather than by fighting. How to maintain a self while being connected to an other. I enjoy learning about music, food, languages, cultural differences, and how to build things. I am quite curious about many things. On good days I can share joy, humor, sincerity, openness, and flexibility.
What I Can Share with Hosts
On a practical level I am fairly handy and I know a lot about how to help people improve their relationships since that is what I do for a living. I can also teach some grooves on a drum kit and basic guitar.
