About Me

CURRENT MISSION

as CS is now an YES-Profit organization, I'm moving in BeWelcome.org. See you there!

ABOUT ME

*** NOT FOR SALE: please check this group if you want more information about my main photo: We are against CS becoming a for-profit corporation ***IN LAK'ECH.Who am I? I am what I do. I am what I dream. When I see my face through the mirror, I see only my surface. I can change some things that I know are negative for myself (and for others maybe, too), but not everything. I came to this world into a specific vase (even if we all are in the same boat) and I cannot modify my ancestry and predispositions.I cannot modify what this life will do to me. Yes of course, I think we all decide our lives, but once you build a brick, you cannot control the others. So, this is a short wrote to understand what I really know I am: limited and, too many times, conditionated.Don't worry, I'm not a philosopher outside of time :) I like a lot writing. I can explain everything better with writing than words. My personality is variegated and I'm proud to say that I still have inside of me a neverending true baby..with a lot of defects, sure =)

PHILOSOPHY

In general I'm solar and predisposed to socialize. But it depends of my mood, sometimes I need to stay with only myself. I like having fun with nice people and I love adventures like every child could do! But I don't like too much chaos, specially in places indoor.

I don't eat animals since the end of 2009. Now I exclude any product that contains animal exploitation. I don't like labels, but I completely comprehend the vegan philosophy and I've joined it since 2012. It started with this simply thought: If I really love animals and I never could kill one of them, why I'm still eating them? And then: why I keep BUYING their lives (milk/meat/cheese there's no difference)?

You should inform yourself better on this.

On how their lives have been taken away from their nature. On how human being has taken away their lives, to our stupid voracity.

Today people eat, eat, eat a lot, and eat again but they really neither think nor know on what they're eating. This is absolutely crazy.

I'm really fascinated by the history of religions (even if I know they are a perfect control of minds). There is a highest sense of spirituality inside of me, but I prefer to say simply that I'm agnostic.

Anyway I'm particularly attracted to the buddhism Zen and to the Shamanism.
The anarchyst (or, better, antispecist) philosophy is my best thinking of love.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I REALLY DO NOT LIKE COUCHSURFING WEBSITE ANYMORE.

CONNECT PEOPLE, NOT MONEY!

Interests

I'm really active and I love doing sport. I like to play five-a-side football, Capoeira, Parkour, Trekking, Swimming, dancing, go with the bycicle and so on.

Animals are one of the first things I live for.

I'm interested in actuality from all over the world, I love a lot of different music, making particulars photos (but I still haven't a good camera), live concerts, contemplating nature, phytotherapy, vegetable garden.

Philosophy, astrology and mythology, cultural anthropology, psychoanalysis and esotericism (well, I would like to read more, but I'm too inconstant!) writing, sometimes drawing.

The human relations, the arts, to give aid, to defend the weakest and to fight for justice. I also like original thoughts, over the lines, and everything isn't possible to explain with science or words :)

Music, Movies & Books

Music: aaaa looot of! (click to my Music-Library http://www.lastfm.it/user/apparente ) - God is an Astronaut, The Cure, Katatonia, VNV Nation, Draconian, Thee Silver Mt. Zion (and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, of course) King Crimson, Stratovarius, Megadeth, The Police, Bruce Dickinson, Paul Gilbert, Roy Harper, Ray Charles, Nina Simone, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, System of a Down, Kohachiro Miyata (Shakuhachi Player), Fabrizio de André (I'm in love with folk and popular music from all over the world), Chavela Vargas, Joy Division, Johnny Cash, Los Incas, Forest of Shadows, Shape of Despair, The Rolling Stones, Anathema, Smashing Pumpkins, Disturbed, Sigur Ros, Helios, Hammon, HIM, Hearts of Black Science, Bob Marley and sooo much more! I really love a lot of music and I'm always curious to discover something new. But in general I don't listen to the opera and I don't tolerate more than 5 minutes things that for me are only chaos or headache (like black-metal for example).

I also love hearing who play instruments (it's a pity that I can't! Anyway I try to strum some instruments and interested on making music by computer) -
I'm particularly in love with Panflute, Guitar, Electronic Drum, Violin, Shakuhachi, Bass Drum and the Trumpet.

Movies: I don't watch a lot of. But the best are: Le Sel de la Terre, Mommy, Trash, The Ghost in Our Machine, La Educación Prohibida (visible entirely with subtitles at http://www.educacionprohibida.com/), Marley, Patch Adams, Earthlings, IQBAL, The Green Planet, The Devil's Advocate, Man on Wire, Samsara, Into the Wild, Unrepentant: Kevin Annett and Canada's Genocide (this is a very important documentary, you should see it - it's also on youtube), Zeitgeist, Old Boy, Boys don't Cry, Frida, Ray, Walk the Line, Memento, The Millionare, Waking Life, the Godfrey Reggio Trilogy - Koyaanisqatsi especially -, Baraka, Trainspotting, American Beauty, all Michael Moore documentaries, The Obama Deception, Donnie Darko, Hero (2002), Natual Born Killers, Donnie Brasco, The Ring, Matrix, Ingloriuous Bastards, A Bourgeois Hero (Un Eroe Borghese), Living of Love (D'Amore si Vive), The Sicilian Rebel Girl (La Siciliana Ribelle), One Hundred Steps (I cento passi), Secrets State (Segreti di Stato), In Another Country (In Un Altro Paese) ...

Books: I'm not a glutton of books, but some very beautiful things I've read are written by Friedrich Nietzsche, Arthur Schopenauer, Luigi Pirandello, Tiziano Terzani, Luciano de Crescenzo, Osho, Carl Gustav Jung, Henry David Thoreau, Ivan Illich, Jack London, Edgar Allan Poe, Oscar Wilde, Herman Hesse, Robert Stevenson, Emily Dickinson, Erich Fromm, Charles Bukowski, Charles Baudelaire ...

One Amazing Thing I've Done

"I can't imagine people homeless,
but I see every day how they wander without destination
like desperates
they search roots and things
that ought give a sense of their life.
Poor white man,
in your violence
in your splendour
in all your wellbeing
you've lost your ancestry
and now you want mine
so take it,
I still have it."

John Twobirds Arbuckle
