I am a biologist from Slovenia. Been living in Malta for the past 6 years.

Very comunicative, outgoing person who loves spending time in nature, discovering new places and meeting new people. Like going for a good concerts and DJ sets, stand up performances, exhibitions, markets, festivals, camping,...

In my spare time I like to do all kinds of sports (hiking, biking, slacklining, iceskating, swimming, yoga, palates,..). I also like cooking, especially if I can cook for someone who will appreciate it:) I always have some diy artistic projects (from home decoration, presents, jewelry to drawing something just for relaxation).

I have moved many times in my life and have been living with people since I was 15. I would say this made me very adaptable. We are all different and that is why this world is so interesting and colorful.

I like quiet evenings and crazy parties, reading a books, playing board games, having good conversations, going for a good concerts and having spontaneous adventures.

I do not have a life motto but if I should write one down it would probably be:

Live without pretending,
Love without depending,
Listen without defending,
Speak without offending.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Spending time with locals really gives you insight into a culture. I also like to meet new people because it is amazing how many like-minded and beautiful spirits you can find around the world. It is so inspiring!

Música, películas y libros

I like almost every kind of music, it depends on a day. To list some to get the idea (all the oldschool rock from 70's, Pearl Jam, Gramatik, C2C, DJ Marky, Massive Attack, Fat Freddy's drop, Bonobo, The XX, SBTRKT, Buena Vista Social Club, Parov Stelar, The Kooks, Merkaba, Khrunghbin, Hermanos Gutierrez, ..).

Don't really watch movies, prefer living my own;), but I like documentary films.

I love reading books. Latest two I would really recommend are: Braiding sweetgrass from Kimmerer and Piranesi from Clark.

There are so many at this point. Probably moving to new environments and adapting, finding new community is something that really inspires me.

Have a wide knowledge of biology and you will always learn something new when with me in nature. I have some cooking skills and I could teach you how to make a fast and tasty dish. I can also teach you the basics of slackline, how to make a friendship bracelet or a dreamcatcher. I can teach you/play with you some ukulele and sing. I can guide you through a body awareness flow mixed with yoga and pilates,...

I have been learning Spanish in highschool but haven't had an opportunity to practice it for a long time. That is why my knowledge is really bad and would love to improve it. I would also love to learn how to play the guitar.
