ABOUT ME

Ha ... all about me. I'm pretty chilled out, empathetic and intelligent, I believe. In love with the beauty of the world. Obsessed with reality. Very thoughtful and quite the skeptic. I love reality and think it is magical enough. Existence, matter, energy, life, consciousness. They are all magical. I love the outdoors and nature having grown up on a good diet of David Attenborough documentaries and deprived of nature in a huge city. I like experiencing so many different people and social groups in my life and not being confined.

I was brought up in Cairo, Egypt until I was 18 and then I moved to New Zealand for my studies and stayed there about five years. Then I came to Australia and gypsied around for a year. Now I'm here thinking to try and settle.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year I did heaps of couch surfing .. but never through the website. I only stayed two nights in backpackers and the rest of the time was on river banks or streets or people's houses that wanted to host me. But all were arrangements made in person, not online.

Intereses

Biology, agriculture, permaculture, rock climbing, tree climbing, chillbanging, meeting new people and learning learning learning. I am always open to learning new things and crafts. I am also really interested in meeting like and not like minded people, specially if they think outside the box a little bit. I also LOVE food! I have a big interest in fishing but not much experience. I used to fish when I was thirteen but that's about it. MUSIC!!!! I always listened to a lot of good music but as of recently I'm really keen to start playing it.

I would love to teach about aspects of Biology. I actually seriously consider becoming a highschool biology teacher for a few years.

I would love to learn more about the sea. Fishing and sailing. And crafts! Mechanics, candle-making, carpentry, sowing, smoking fish, carving, painting. I really love learning new things I didn't know much about before or haven't tried before.
