ABOUT ME

I'm am an easy going person who share my home with my husband Kaj.
We live in the "Old Harbour Cafe" very close to Ringkøbing Fjord. When you stay with us, you will get your own room and we share the bathroom.
We have 4 adult children who live in different places in Denmark, but sometimes they stay with us and you will met them.
I love to travel and meet people and I am happy to help other people when they need it. If we have time for it, we would like to show around our local area.
I will love to recommend some places to explore in our country.
If I have time for it, I would like to cook food that we can eat together, if you feel like it. You are also more than welcome to cook either for yourself or for all of us.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Through our hosting we have met different people and it's such a nice experience to hear about others life.
When we host other people, we sometimes have the time to be "tourists" with them.
We have had nice experiences with staying in others private homes too.
We love when we get good recommendations for what to experience.
We feel that we "get much more" than if we stay in a hotel.

兴趣

I love my family and to spend time with all my lovely friends.
I like to be in the nature and especially close to the sea.
Both Kaj and I like to go on walks.
I love my country and all the different part of it and I love to visit the small islands of Denmark.
I like to go to museums, to concerts and would like to use more time to go to teatre.
And I like to cook.

I use more time to "run around" than sitting with books and TV. But if you are interested in books and TV, you can perfectly share that with Kaj.

Been a twin mother ; )
Spent almost a year in Australia.
Trekking in Norway for several days. It was amazing.
The decision to visit Faroe Island... (if you haven't been there.. go-go-go)
Decided to open our doors for couchsurfers.
Being in nature is the best thing I know.
