Hellooooo

My name is Bristy. I am currently studying for my Masters in History and Philosophy of Art and before that i did a 3 year degree in Fine Art. Kind of realized my heart isn't too much in modern , contemporary art and i live for the historic and classical goodness, so i travel and go to museums.

I spent the better part of my childhood and early teenhood in Bangladesh. Then moved to UK... moved out on my own to live the city life in London for three years but realised i much prefer forests and mountains. Currently reside in a small english coastal town.

Spare times are usually filled with going on walks, reading books, watching youtube videos for hours or scrolling through insta.

The ultimate goal, of course, is to travel every single country in the planet. Only around a dozen or more so far but will get there!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

No one knows the strange land you're travelling to better than a local. I'd like to connect with people and share stories and experiences. Currently going by the mantra, 'strangers are friends you haven't yet met'.

Apart from building connections, it seems like a friendly, kind and insightful crowd- and it would be lovely to be a part of it.

I have hosted a few lovely ladies in my london flat but i have since moved. I'd be very happy to connect with more strangers and become friends.

Recently, i've started to spread my wings and when not in london, i try to travel as much and as far as i can. Current mission is to travel as much of Europe as possible (before britain fully goes through brexit and makes things awkward). Explore all the museums and cathedrals, run up all the hills and mountains, explore like a local! I would be very much grateful if you'd kindly allow me to stay at yours for a night or two during my travels.
