ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people! I have been told that I am hilarious and crazy. I think that I am sassy and easy-going. I love to have a good time and laughing is always a must. My first experience traveling abroad was living and teaching English in Thailand after I graduated from college. Since this experience, I have developed an addiction to traveling and want to explore the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to help build this community by hosting some travelers and being hosted. UPDATE: I love Couchsurfing! My road trip to the West has exceeded my expectations so much that I am going to start accepting guests in Memphis. It is so nice to feel a part of a global community of kind-hearted people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm happy to say that I have hosted in Philadelphia and will start again in my hometown of Memphis. I'm really eager to host more people and can't wait to be traveling again!

兴趣

I am very interested in criminal justice. I work as an intern with the Philadelphia Prison System and enjoy reentry work. I spend most of my time doing whatever it is that I am focused on in the moment. Considering my many interest, this changes quite often :)

I love all music except rock really. My preference is R&B, gospel, and oldies. I like to listen to good lyrics and a strong voice.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For the sake of time, I'll choose one. Last year I traveled to Vietnam and a part of our trip was to hike up this mountain. I started the journey and then decided that I would go back down and wait on everyone else. As I was going back and forth on doing this, a 56 year old woman comes down and says to me "If I can do it honey, then so can you." So taking this as a challenge, I hiked up this mountain alone and in a dress and finally made it to the top. The others were completely surprised that I hung in there and I was too. But, the thing that was most worth it was the view. It was absolutely breathtaking and a memory that will last a lifetime:)
