About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being me 24-7

ABOUT ME

What to say, what to say... I'm so bad at these kind of things. Write something that will explain my whole life in a 2 by 6 inch box. I guess I think outside the box (cymbals). Most people spend their whole life trying to figure themselves out. What can I put about myself in a couple lines, I mean I almost feel like I'm writing my obituary. Any-who...

In a nutshell I'm going to school

In a much bigger nutshell... I go to UCI as a cognitive psychology student and I am soon to graduate. I just got back from studying abroad
in Italy for a semester. I also love to write creatively.

PHILOSOPHY

Why do I live my life? Because it is worth living. You never know the impact you can have on other people, like that movie It's a Wonderful Life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been to a couple local meetings, but I have been so busy lately that I fail at participating. I hope to play a bigger part once I graduate. I would like to host people, but I live with my parents, who are uncomfortable with the idea unfortunatly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None...yet! I hope to change that very soon. I have heard from many people what a great experience it is!

Interests

Finding humour in almost everything, laughing, listening to people, not judging people, sarcasm, reading, swing dancing, drawing, singing in the shower or when I'm home alone, being creative, reading, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books I love John Irving's "A Prayer for Owen Meany" as well as many of his other books, Jane Austen, His Dark materials, Harry Potter, Rebecca, Neverwhere, The Lost Art of Keeping Secrets, The Sookie Stackhouse series, Enchanted inc. and many many more that are not on the top of my head.

Movies I consider myself a movie buff, so this is just a select few: Sleepless in Seattle, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Third Man, Dr. Strangelove, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Amelie, The Shawshank Redemption, Charade, Shawshank Redemption, Shaun of the Dead, The Count of Monte Cristo, Airplane, Minority Report, Rear Window, Love Actually, About a Boy, Ten things I hate about you, Office Space, Airplane, Garden State, Finding Neverland...

Music My taste in music is very eclectic, I like almost every genre (except most rap, I think Rappers keep making music in order to make more videos with half naked women who "want to get down" or something just as fun. Not too dissapoint, but half naked women are not my kind of thing). Now that u know my true feelings for rap music I can go on with my favorites. Queen, Elton John, Billy Joel, Jewel, Ella Fitzgerald, Green Day, Barenaked Ladies, Kelly Clarkson, Save Ferris, Sublime, Aretha Franklin, Ingrid Michealson, They Might Be Giants, Jack Johnson, Colin Hays, etc. Musicals: Rent, Les Miserables, And Aida. Theres more, I just don't want to wear u out
