Just another kid trying to find her path in life. After graduating from Uni, I dropped everything and moved to Australia. Before I committed to a graduate program, I wanted to be exposed to life outside of school and talk to different people from around the world. In doing so, my hope was to be inspired by some of their stories, and learn what context people are struggling the most in, find what I'm good at and figure out how to combine the two to make the biggest impact for others. I'm so grateful for all of the wonderful memories and exchanges I've had thus far and hope to continue expanding my world views through travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm proud of my small town and where I came from, but for me to really grow and learn more about myself I needed to get out and travel. Being on couchsurfing allows me to meet like-minded people.

Interests

Meeting new people and hearing their life stories, hammocking in the woods with a book, hiking, camping, basketball, rock climbing, traveling, trying things for the first time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taught English in Thailand. And while there, I was led around an entire weekend, with a Thai family, without knowing where I was going or what was being said right in front of me because I couldn't speak Thai. The weekend was amazing and taught me that you don't need words to communicate your feelings with others, because body language speaks volumes.
