ABOUT ME

I am an American graduate student that loves to travel in my spare time. Trying new things and seeing new places are the best ways I learn about different areas and cultures. I am currently working for a PhD in marine microbiology, and have a strong passion for the ocean and would rather be on it all the time if I could whether it be fishing, paddle boarding or diving.

PHILOSOPHY

Live the life you love, and love the life you live. I try to enjoy every day and make the most out of every second. Meeting new people and making new experiences really make life enjoyable.

兴趣

In my free time, I love to go diving, snorkeling and reading on the beaches of my hometown in Florida. I also spend a lot of time hiking and biking with my dog, Remi. Yoga is my favorite way to relax and re-center myself in my crazy life! I'm an avid foodie and really enjoy all kinds of cuisine, and I'm up for any adventure!

This is a tough one! I am a fan of all music genres and usually changes with the day. I love to read all kinds of books, and most recently it has been more scientific books as I study for my computational exams… Soon enough I will get back to reading for fun! I love to curl up with my puppy and watch romantic comedies and horror movies on rainy days and late nights.

The most amazing thing I've ever done was wander the ruins of Pompeii in Italy. This experience really put life in perspective for me and inspired my life philosophy.
