I am new to the couch surfing community but am looking forward to surfing some couches in the future, for sure.

Interests

I love nature... anything you can see, smell, taste, feel or hear! I LOVE to be outside and am perfectly content to sit on my porch with a good book for hours. I enjoy anything active. Walking, swimming, dancing, kayaking, rollerblading.. you name it, I'll try it. I love trying new foods and drinking a cold beer on a hot summer's night (or any night.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been out of the country once, to visit Negril, JA in 2009. I instantly fell in love with the people, the culture and the island. It was then that I knew that I needed to travel and explore different places. I sobbed on the ride from our villa to MoBay airport, as I felt like I was leaving my new home and my best friends forever. I can recount my trip there like it was yesterday and I still continue to speak with my friends there on a routine basis.. What a special bond that was formed with that place in just one short week...

I grew up on Cape Cod and am so grateful that I am fortunate enough to live every day like a tourist would spend their weekend here.. Everyday I am in awe of something or someone beautifully fascinating.
