Interests

I always have to stay busy, no matter what. These days I'm really into pedalling around on my bicycle, doing some yoga, and a bit of hiking here and there.... and then balancing that out with reading some good books, listening to some good tunes, and cooking up some beautiful meals to share with friends over some beers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a first-time traveller who grew up in a small town in the country in Canada and lived a fairly sheltered and structured life, landing at the Incheon Airport in South Korea and realizing I had committed to spending a year away from my home, my family, my friends, and everything I had ever known, was a pretty earth-shattering moment for me.

And, eating lunch above cloud level that one day hiking in Seoraksan. I had always wanted to do that!
