ABOUT ME

this is such a wierd space because I never know what I should write. I think it's pretty hard for anyone to put who they are into adequate words. But what I do know is:
i want to do something crazy super cool with my life move to asheville or boston or london and be a high school english teacher and do volunteer work in india and africa over the summers and travel through europe...but life is always subject to change (the europe thing is for sure tho :p )

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

right now I am looking for someone to host me in France. I just hosted my first couchsurfers this past weekend (10/15/2010) and I loved it! Can't wait to host more people!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just hosted my first surfers this pas weekend (10/15/2010) and it was probably one of the coolest things I've done (and I do a lot of cool things :)). They were three guys in a little band called Lady Danville. Great musicians, even better people.

Interests

being outside: hiking, biking, playing sports, yoga, playing guitar in the backyard, volunteering, learning new lnaguages and ways of life. finding a comfy secluded spot to journal or read a good book. laughing with old friends and making new ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now I'm living out my dream of being in Europe. I'm in Sevilla (and even though I've gotten sick twice in my short stay) I've seen and done more things in the past 10 days than I could have ever dreamed of. All the places I've been gazing at on my computer screen are finally right infront of my face and I get to walk past the most gorgeous historical and cultural artifacts on a daily basis.

Lived with 4 guys in an apartment in Sevilla for three weeks. Some of the best memories :)

Went surfing an watched the sunset on the "end of the world" in Lagos, Portugal.

Visited a friend studying art history in Florence, Italy and got to see the city from the top of the Duomo. absolutely breathe taking.
