It's cliche, but I'm a fun, outgoing person who really just wants to see the world and meet new people. I will try just about anything. I'm new to the site, but please bear with me :)

PHILOSOPHY

Alright, let's be super cliche about this one:

Live life to the fullest and never let a moment pass you by, no matter how dull it may seem at the time. Everything contributes to who you are and who you become. Like a well cooked meal, some ingredients are added for the basic structure but others are required for the flavor.

I have yet to host or travel using couch surf but a friend of mine uses it a lot and I really want to get started :)

Interessen

Currently I'm a student at NC State studying animal science and genetics. Yes, I was considering vet school, now I'm not sure. If I could make a living out of being spontaneous I would do that instead. I love to snowboard and I (attempt to) keep in shape with club gymnastics on the side. I enjoy doing anything from hiking in the woods to grabbing drinks with friends. I'm an amateur musician, but I cannot sing to save my life, so there's that. I want to travel more.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love all genres of music, except for country. I never got into that, even living in North Carolina. I love my guilty pleasure, top 40 artists but I could also school you on some Led Zeppelin, Billy Joel, and Clapton. I enjoy romantic comedies and I'm kind of a horror movie aficionado. My favorite horror movies are the classics like Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street. Most of the recent ones just don't compare, am I right? My favorite author is Jodie Picoult but I can't really pick a favorite book.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've studied abroad in India for 2 weeks doing wildlife management and conservation.

I recently took an impromptu road trip to NYC with my best friend. We parked the car in Jersey City and proceeded to live the next 48 hours in NYC out of my purse, spending the night with great people we just met.

I enjoy meeting and learning from people who are interesting and not stuck in the mundane lifestyle pushed upon us by society. I want to meet people who seize the day, or I want to teach people how :)
