I was born in raised in America's Heartland; a true Midwesterner. I grew up just an hour south of St. Louis in Southern Illinois. For the past three years, I have been living in Southeast MN near La Crosse, WI.

The area here is called the driftless area.
The region's distinctive terrain is due to its having been bypassed by the last continental glacier. The term “driftless” indicates a lack of glacial drift, the deposits of silt, gravel, and rock that retreating glaciers leave behind.

There is always something to do here every season of the year! And, the area is just simply beautiful.

You can catch me listening to just about anything! One day it might be soft pop, the next something a little Hindu, or I can even jam some oldies.
It takes a lot to get me to read!!! It has to be a suspenseful book. I haven't read anything by Dan Brown that I haven't enjoyed.
Netflix for days. I love rom-coms, action, and thriller movies.
