I would like to explore the world and learn all about the different cultures, people, and food around me.

ABOUT ME

I just graduated from the University of Rhode Island this past May. So, I am looking forward to exploring the world before I settle down with a career in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to say that I fly by the seat of my pants. I like to take life as it comes. It might not always be a good thing, but I don't plan my life too far in advance. So far it has worked out for me though.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I cannot host any CouchSurfers at this time because I am only renting a room in a house right now. But hopefully I will have a place of my own in the future where CouchSurfers can stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only CouchSurfing experience has been in Managua, Nicaragua. A kind man by the name of Limen, graciously let my boyfriend and I stay in his home for two nights. He was very nice and I am looking forward to CouchSurfing more in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love any period books and movies. I love learning about what life was like at another point in history. I also love action, classic and comedic movies. Some of my favorites include, The Departed, An Affair to Remember, The Italian Job, 27 Dresses, etc. I also enjoy listening to classic rock like John Mellancamp, Tom Petty, Guns n Roses, The Stones, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have gone scuba diving in the Caribbean, ziplining in Costa Rica, skydiving and bungee jumping in California, horseback riding in Mexico, white water rafting in Maine, been to a rodeo in Texas, and walked Hollywood Boulevard. There's probably more, but this is what I have so far.
