Books: Travel memoirs (The Razor's Edge, The Little Princes, Tracks), humanist non-fiction (Harari, Bregman), existentialist philosophy (Sartre, de Beauvoir, Camus), dystopian fiction (Orwell, Huxley).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

As part of my degree I took part in a study tour to South Africa and Rwanda. We looked at post-apartheid and post-genocide recovery respectively, with a focus on the memorialisation and reconciliation processes in each nation. We were also in Rwanda in the lead-up to the election. Don't get me started on Rwandan politics, you'll be there all night.
