I am about to go to Europe by myself for the first time for one month, and am hoping to do and see everything, but also to make new friends along the way! I plan to start my trip in Germany to explore some of my heritage, and eventually end up somewhere in the UK.

I am a kind and considerate person, who thoroughly enjoys being around others and hearing what they have to say. I am also currently a third year pre-med student. Among many various interests, I am passionate about science, and making a positive difference in people's lives, which is why I am in school to eventually become a doctor. I aim to travel as much as possible while I still can, and hope to enrich my life with all of the experiences I can get my hands on.

I find that meeting new people and sharing our experiences in this world is one my favorite parts of life. Some of the most interesting people I've ever met were through traveling and crashing on people's couches. I want to learn all about the culture that lies beyond the United States.

I'm incredibly open-minded and curious, therefore my taste in all things is pretty eclectic. My musical interests range anywhere from Etta James, Billie Holiday, Jack White, The Avett Brothers, Chopin, to the Talking Heads, Florence and the Machine, Kanye, and honestly anything in between!

For whatever reason, I am more drawn to German and French literature than really anything else. Exceptions to this include but are not limited to: F Scott Fitzgerald, Tolstoy, Chekhov, and JK Rowling (Harry Potter is the greatest series I've ever read)

I only like movies that make me smile! I can be found watching Christmas movies at any given time of year.
