I love new things - people, places, food, thoughts and ideas. I will try anything once! Every day I realize there is more to learn, and there is something to be learned from every person we meet. I'm inevitably an optimist and I believe that moments are just as valuable as longevity, if not more so because they are truly all we have.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During the school year I do not get to travel, so I get the wanderlust blues. One of my most favorite things about traveling is being able to meet new people and share ideas, so a friend of mine suggested I open my doors to couchsurfers as a remedy to this problem. Thus, I made a profile. Unfortunately, I have not been able to host anybody yet but I do hope to soon. Right now I am about to take advantage of my last summer vacation with some traveling, so I hope to learn the couchsurfing experience and meet some fun people in Europe and Africa!

Interests

Science - always science. Chemistry, biology, biochemistry, anatomy, physiology. But also social science and understanding how these things link to our behaviors and our attitudes.
I love to people watch and make up stories about them. Talking with friends for hours over a few beers. Talking with strangers for hours over a few beers. Asking questions. Wondering. Wandering. Taking long strolls by the water. Sitting in the sun. Enjoying my youth.
