I'm an easy going girl from the Canadian Rockies who has been travelling and working abroad for the last 5 years. When I graduated high school my plan was to take a gap year (just one), but I had such a great time and was introduced to so many different lifestyles that I wanted to do another year. And 5 years later here I am.
My boyfriend Charles (in my profile picture) and I have lived in multiple places all across Canada, and in Japan, New Zealand, and Norway.
At the moment we are doing a bike trip from Oslo to Morocco. We left at the end of August and are taking our time biking along the west coast of Europe.

I think this kind of reciprocal hospitality is a really nice way to travel. Not only is it the most affordable way to travel the world, but you get to meet locals and stay with locals while travelling, and get to meet travellers and show them around when you're home.

Intereses

I suppose my primary interest is travelling. And I like to find great places to be active outdoors- mainly camping, hiking, running, biking, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, among many many others.

Música, películas y libros

Music: I'm a sucker for Canadian/ American Folk Music, but I always appreciate good variety.

Movies: Mostly anything informative or with a good story line, and then the occasional night when nothing beats a good chic flick.

Books: Loving historical fiction at the moment. But again similar to movies, anything with a good story line holds my attention.
