CURRENT MISSION

My Current mission in life is to enjoy it. I want to meet people from all walks of life and to experience as many cultures as possible. The biggest problem I have is that I have not seen enough of the world!

ABOUT ME

Traveling in my opinion is the most educational thing one can do for ones self. I have not seen enough of this world but am looking forward to solving that problem.

Take me to see good live music, to have some good beer, teach me an awesome new craft or trick and introduce me to a great book and you will have won my heart over! haha

Nature is my happy place and adventure is my love language.

I have a high value for authentic people. I want to hear your story.

According to the strength finders test my number one strength is adaptability. So, I am super flexible and get along with most people.

Really, I just like having a good time wherever I am at whatever it is I am doing. I want to make the most of this life I have and all are welcome to join me in my journey however that might look.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted with my roommate and done some surfing with friends. However, this is my first time creating my own profile so I am pretty new to the official CS world and so excited about it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I lived in Arcata, Ca my roomate was apart of the CS community so we had quite a few surfers come through our house and it was an awesome experience. I have tagged along with some friends while traveling and been a surfer. So now I am officially joining the CS community and stoked to get much more involved.

Intereses

Growing my own food, Music, Books, Art, Ceramics, mining gemstones, lapidary, health, nutrition, Midwifery, outdoor sports, hiking, swimming, cliff jumping, waterfalls, exploring, traveling, listening, learning, ENJOYING LIFE!

Most live music gets me going but I have a bit of a love affair with bluegrass/newgrass/jamgrass and gypsy jazz.

As far as books there are so many and I have quit an eclectic taste but some of my favorites are; The Alchamist, Into the wild, and A Thousand Splendid Suns.... And I am not gunna lie I really did love The Hunger Games ;).

The Good Lord has taken me to some spectacular places in this world. In my travels I have seen a lot of magical things. Mt. Everest was breathtaking, the tea fields in Darjeeling were very mystical, and swimming in the river at the edge of the Amazon rainforest was exhilarating!

However, the most amazing things I have seen is the hearts and generosity of people in truly impoverished places. I was invited for coffee at make shift home in the trash dumps of Nicaragua and was given tin ring by a little girl in a refugee camp in nepal. I could go on and on but these things ravished my heart the most.
