My partner and I are coming to Salt Spring Island in July to visit, with the idea of possibly moving there permanently. We have a sense that it is the kind of place where lots of folks are working towards a More Beautiful World, and we want to participate in doing that work with y'all. While we're looking for a more stable living situation, we may need to spend some time surfing on people's couches. If you would feel curious and excited to host us, please get in touch!

About us:

Danielle, my partner, has been living in New England, working as a Thai yoga bodyworker and therapeutic touch practitioner, but she now finds herself especially excited to put her permaculture design certificate to use through farming, cooperatively designing landscapes, gardening, etc.

I have a background in Occupational Therapy, spending the last year and a half living and working in a small indigenous community in Northern Quebec. Recently I've become obsessed with Sacred Economics and healthier, more sustainable alternatives to blockchain technology.

We're both very into the practice of Authentic Relating and Circling, and are both contact improv dancers. I also have some experience teaching contact in a few places, including Montreal and Earthdance. We both have strong spiritual practices.
