About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am traveling with my younger brother, John, around Australia. I was born in Adelaide, South Australia, but left 35 years ago. I'm back for the first time since.

ABOUT ME

I am on a mission to live and learn anything that life has to offer. I love to travel to experience other countries and cultures. I am open minded and like to learn and teach, listen and talk. I love to share and be shared with.

PHILOSOPHY

Never arrive at conclusions too quickly. When you find that you have, seek more information. When you find yourself making excuses, don't listen and push yourself further, you are always stronger than you can possibly imagine. Never give up, avoid mediocratiy and always strive to be the best you can be. Always be the best person in the room, but never judge this in terms of the other's around you, only yourself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everything everday. Although I rarely realize it at the time.
Staying in the attic of a cinder block home with corrugated metal roof in the mountains of Mexico in a town where the people only spoke a native tongue and no Spanish. It was so foggy you could barely see across the street and the fog blew in through the rather large and numerous cracks in the very dodgy construction, it was cold and the wind howled. I sat and drank coffee and ate pastries and tried to communicate with the residents.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a great variety of skills. I speak 2 languages, English and Spanish, I taught English in Mexico. I am pretty darn good at kung fu (Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis). I am a skilled builder and carpenter. I have a huge wealth of knowledge about plants and botany, forestry and environmental conservation. I love to share knowledge and information as well as receive it from others. Learn by teaching as well as listening and observing
