ABOUT ME

I am a film maker and currently trying to find my next documentary project. I have been travelling and filming in Africa and am on my way to the states. I love good food and coffee and spend way to much money on both of these things. I love travelling and meeting people. I love hearing peoples interesting stories and delving deeper into the truth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have used CS in the past when travelling for meeting people and for couches to stay on. When I am settled some where I will offer my couch or spare room.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm so lucky that all of my experiences have been good and all the people I have met have been amazing. They have given me an insight into the generosity that exists within us all and steered me on my couchsurfing experiences. I have remained friends with many.

Interests

I love music, art, photography, yoga, meditation and 'fun' exercise ie not the gym. I love to sit down with a cup of coffee and people watch. I like a good movie. I like walking by the sea. I love museums and art galleries. I love looking through peoples dvd collections. And I absolutely love travelling. And eating and drinking of course. Oh I almost forgot, I love making music and doing it with other people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music all genres... Eric Satie, Four Tet, Radiohead, portishead, Saul Williams, Beethoven. I love movies and book, anything which expresses some form of real expression or true genius or a window into the human condition. My favourite film makers are Jim Jarmush, David Lynch and Stanely Kubrik also love all that art house madness

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

You can't get better than lying on your back on a clear night and absorbing your self in the stars (I recently spent the night on the top of a mountain in Malawi in just a sleeping bag doing just this, one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, including the scorpion lying under my mattress!)
