ABOUT ME

Hey there!
I am Sarah, 20 years old from germany. I am a fun loving and easy going person who enjoys the time travelling through Australia. I just finished high school and since that I´m in this beautiful country what I like a lot. Manly I came here to improve my english and see as much of Australia as possible but of course as well to have a wonderful time. At the beginning I lived in Sydney for 6 month and had an internship as a teaching assistant in a primary school because I will study Sport and English for beeing a high school teacher when I go back, one day ;)
After that I worked for a couple of month in some pubs and started my travelling at the beginning of February! A friend of mine came over and we went for a week to Tasmania. Really crazy weather but amazing nature and location, we had a lot of fun;)
Further we are going to visit Melbourne, do the GreatOceanRoad and see lots of Koals there. Afterwards spend a few days in Adelaid and fly to Perth. There we have one week before the next flight goes to Alice Springs. See Darwin , meet some crocodiles and finally do a lot of diving in Cairns.
After my friend is going back to Germany and a couple of month working back in Sydney I hopefully make it to New Zealnd, Fiji, Phillepines, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We will see if all this dreams become true ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard a lot about CS and would like to collect positive and unforgettable experience through it like friends of mine did while haveing visitors on their couch. I think its a good chance to meet australians instead of being surrounded by germans in the backpackers. As well I am interested in holding on to the idea and would be happy to offer my couch back home. Thereby I could keep the idea of travelling alive.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I dont have my own experiences yet. The people I was living with had visitors on their couch for a couple of times. It was fun all the time and we always got a better know of other cultures.
