ABOUT ME

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist working in several schools, which means I teach children how to talk and use language skills. I love working with children! I love their honestly, which makes for a good smile and laugh everyday!!

I love to laugh. That's the main reason I married my husband Brian, because I know he'll keep me laughing for the rest of my life! We have been married for almost 2 years. He is a teacher for grades 7 and 8. We both work for the same school division, which gives us the same holidays to travel!

Our biggest interest and hobby is traveling around the USA and watching major league baseball games. Thus far, we have been to 25 out of the 30 ballparks.

I love to learn new fun facts!! Whether it is about a new place, person, or anything!! The more random the better!

I love chocolate and fresh fruit.

I love to stay up late talking or watching movies.

My favourite smell is fresh spring water.

The colour yellow puts me in a good mood.

I love the sun, but don't mind a rainy day.

I am adventurous, but at the same time I am scared :)

I love to talk, but mostly listen.

Focus on the positives in life. There is always a positive in every negative.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have not had a couch surfing experience yet! My husband and I will be traveling this summer in Europe and look forward to experiencing some couch surfing along the way!

I listen to all types of music, but my all time favourite is Motley Crue and other 80s rock.

I like reading autobiographies. I find things more interesting when it's the truth I'm reading.
