Overview
About Me
I am headed to New Zealand on November 25, on a mission to learn about honeybees and explore your beautiful land! Looking forward to meeting people, living right, and potentially staying (in the country, not your couch!) for several months.
I came to Vancouver to go to university, and I stayed for the friends.
I like the weather and being outside, riding bikes and exploring. I make alcohol and play violin and banjo in my spare time.
In 2012 I traveled by bicycle from Vancouver to Guatemala.
Earlier this year I spent two months cycling through Europe.
"Who" is more important than "what" or "where". Work less. Talk to strangers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm about to start cycling through New Zealand and would love to meet some people and spend time seeing what there is to see! My goal is to find work in beekeeping and also sailing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was hosted by many couchsurfing and warmshowers hosts on my cycling trip, and love to be a host to friends and strangers alike.
Interests
I've co-owned a sailboat with friends for the past 3 years, play guitar, banjo and violin, and love everything to do with mushrooms and fermentation. I'm interested in learning more about buddhist philosophy and meditation.
