HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Actually I'm not looking for a couch to spend a night (would be nice to get one though). I'm looking for local people to show some of their city, like a favorite place to have breakfast, a bar, a park, a restaurant, museum, whatever..

I'm spending 3 months in USA but I'm working quite a lot and didn't have the change to really meet the people out of work. Now I'm planning my 2 last weeks here, which I will take on vacation to visit New York, Washington, Los Angeles and San Francisco. I would like to meet local people in those places. It doesn't matter if it's just for one hour to have a coffe before going to the university/work. I want to hear some new voices, instead of just seeing some new faces. If people are going out with some buddies and don't mind having a new company, I would really appreciate joining your group.

As I said "have a look, drink local beverages, eat local food, talk to local people..". That's what I'm looking for.

I'm looking forward to seeing you somewhere for the very first time.
