COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used it too much, just once when a brazilian guy hosted me in Porto (PT). That was my first and only experience until now. Well, it doesn't count the same because he is also from Brasil. But it was really good, he is a really nice person and i'm thankful for knowing him now.

I still learning about CS...

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a specific taste for those things but i like good music, movies that i can watch until it's over and books that never end.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know a person that licks her elbow and touches her nose with her tongue at the same time! Really impressive!

"Pão de queijo" recipe:Ingredients1/2 cup olive oil or butter1/3 cup water1/3 cup milk or soy milk1 teaspoon salt2 cups tapioca flour2 teaspoons minced garlic2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese2 beaten eggsDirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Pour olive oil, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan, and place over high heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.Stir the cheese and egg into the tapioca mixture until well combined, the mixture will be chunky like cottage cheese. Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet.Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. -----------------------------------------------A translation wouldbe something like "Cheese bread". It's a typical brasilian food. I don't know if everyone is able to have all these specific igredients. But you can try to do it with some other similar stuff that you have wherever you are! You should try to doit, it's really good.
