About Me
ABOUT ME
Graduate from the world-renowned Westminster Film School, University of Westminster in London, class of 2011, the first ever to be nominated and winning an Academy Student Oscar Award.
I'm a professional Film & Theatre Director with a growing portfolio made of award-winning Short-Films and professional Theatre productions, but having also an important background as an actor.
I consider myself to be a very friendly guy, always up to discover new things, accepting new challenges and meet new people.
I am bit of a geek - have a hidden past in IT - so if you have a broken computer that needs fixing, perhaps I can... ;)
Obviously I am up to know the people I am with, in what regards CS, although I am just starting this experience. I'm quick making good connections with people and I will understand if you don't have much time to show me around. I like to explore things on my own as well either way and will try to keep things as hassle free as possible :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wish to travel more but not just to know new locations but to mingle amongst new cultures, experience other forms of thinking and living... Get to know people, the locals, because "when in Rome, be a Roman".
I don't like to run around and see touristic spots while a bland speaker spits out pre-rehearsed texts. I like to live and vibrate with other genuine human beings.
This is mostly why I think Couchsurfing will provide an experience no hostel, hotel or travel agency can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Quite a lot... But I have no idols nor any singled out thing.
It's more a collective. Musics, films, books... I love experiences, not things.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Inspire people.
As a theatre director I often work with Community Theatre, amateurs or first-timers in the art of making Theatre. Once I was told "you're the first person who taught me how to look at a sky filled with stars and see not just a sky filled with stars".
Teach, Learn, Share
I love when I know someone genuinely curious about what I do, my language or my culture. I'm very talkative so the conversation should flow nicely :)
I also love to cook and cook for others. Portuguese of course hehe.
I like to make people try new things... and same way I love to try new things. Learn new perspectives.
